We specialize in constructing new houses, commercial buildings, and performing comprehensive renovations. Position Details Company Name: P and H Framing Ltd. Company Location: 9715 131 Street, Surrey, BC, V3T 3P4 Position: Siding Installer Number of positions: 1 Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $34.62 per hour Work location(s): Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in Lower Mainland (BC) areas as per the company's contracts with its clients. Job duties: · Read blueprints or work order specifications. · Determine layout, and installation procedures. · Erect and install scaffolding, and other working platforms. · Measure, and mark guidelines to be used for installations. · Prepare underlying surfaces for installation and perform minor repairs if needed for better installation lifetime. · Install siding as per specifications and schematics for buildings using hand and power tools. · Cuts and trims material to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners, using the knife, shears, or portable power saw. Job requirements: · Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory. · Minimum 6 months of installation work experience in a similar field is required. · Ability to communicate in English.
