Business Address: 12886 108 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3T 2H5 Number of positions: 2 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $28.00 per hour Start date: As soon as possible Work locations: Candidates are required to work at various construction sites in Surrey (BC) and other areas in the Lower Mainland area (BC) as per the company's contracts with its clients. Job duties: · Read blueprints or work order specifications. · Determine layout, and installation procedures. · Erect and install scaffolding, and other working platforms. · Measure, and mark guidelines to be used for installations. · Prepare underlying surfaces for installation and perform minor repairs if needed for better installation lifetime. · Install siding as per specifications and schematics for buildings using hand and power tools. · Cuts and trims material to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners, using the knife, shears, or portable power saw. Job requirements: · Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory. · Minimum 6 months of installation work experience in a similar field is required. · Ability to communicate in English.
