Job Duties: · Review blueprints, or detailed instructions to determine the appropriate layout and procedures for installation. · Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to skillfully handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of prefabricated exterior elements like shrink wrap, siding etc · Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. · Take measurements and indicate guidelines to be followed during installations. · Measure, cut, trim, and prepare materials for assembly · Inspect the finished product to ensure specified standards and quality Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position Position Available: 2 Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Language: Basic English is required Wage: $ 28.00 hourly Location of work: (Candidates are required to work at various locations in the lower mainland British Columbia) Business address: Unit 2A 19320 - 94th Avenue, Surrey, B.C V4N 4E4 Additional Skills: Work at heights Essential Skills: Critical thinking, working with others, Problem-solving, Continuous learning Eligibility: · No education is required. · At least several months of experience is an asset but training will be provided.
