Accurately and proactively communicate sizing and project needs with the Foreman. Perform basic Quality Inspections on all types of installations. Understand and follow proper safety procedures that pertain to the work being completed. Communicate all common problems and trends to the Foreman. May be required to attend mandatory on site safety meetings. Treat every fellow worker with respect and dignity regardless of personal views or opinions. Installation of Architectural Cladding applications, Composite Aluminum Panels, Rain-Screen systems, Various Architectural wall panel systems, Standing Seam panels, Kalzip applications for roof and walls. Read basic Shop Drawings and blueprints and ensure design specifications of our installation are being adhered to. Work at heights while following safety protocols. Install sheet metal products according to the Foreman's direction. Job Requirements: Responsible to ensure quality of work and safety procedures are being followed. Ability to read basic shop drawings. Punctual, ability and desire to learn and be a leader, responsible and fluent in English. Positive friendly attitude, hardworking, professional and honest.
