The Flying Noodle Performance is a unique skill rooted in the ancient Chinese tradition of hand-pulled Lamian, which dates back to the Tang Dynasty and gained prominence in 1915 during the Qing Dynasty with the development of Lanzhou Lamian. Performers expertly stretch and twist dough into delicate strands of noodles while synchronizing their movements with music, creating a visually stunning and immersive dining experience. Responsibilities Tasks Pose for artists and photographers Entertain audiences with thrilling and humorous acts and/or perform sleight-of-hand tricks, disappearing acts and other illusions Secure and store Hai Di Lao's confidential recipe files Prepare ingredients needed for the Flying Noodles show Perform hand-pulling and Flying Noodles tricks in front of customers Maintain a high-standard of performance and ensure customer satisfaction Engage with audience of all age group Assist in training the new performers; Supervise and ensure other performers meeting the standard of performance Work with other performers to continuously develop and improve the Flying Noodles performance Other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan
