Work Location: 20075 Langley Bypass, Langley, BC, V3A 8R6 Job Duties: · Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant. · Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. · Recruit staff and oversee staff training. · Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices. · Respond to customer complaints. · Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. · Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance. · Should be customer service oriented. Ability to supervise: Staff in various area of responsibility.
