· Assist the HR Manager in identifying current and future staffing needs to ensure alignment with Liuyishou's North American operational goals and workforce strategies. · Support drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews to maintain an efficient hiring process. · Collaborate with internal teams to conduct outreach to potential candidates to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline. · Provide clear and accurate information to job applicants regarding employment requirements, terms, and conditions while addressing basic inquiries about opportunities within the organization. · Support the evaluation and selection process by coordinating interviews, assessment boards, and related administrative tasks under the guidance of senior HR leadership. · Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate inventories, hiring reports, and Health and Safety documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. · Provide administrative assistance for staff consultation and grievance resolution processes to foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
