BEESEE COURIER SERVICES LTD. Beesee Courier Services Ltd. has an immediate opening for 2 Logistics Supervisors (TEER: 12013) at our location in Prince George, BC. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will perform some or all of the following duties: · Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of operations team related to freight and customs documentations, insurance, receiving, storing, distributing and other regulatory requirements. · Monitored and organized the organization's operational logistics by plan and overseeing operations of logistic department: Drivers and operations staff to schedule pick up and deliveries as per client's requirements. · Supervise and train the workers in job duties, safety procedures and to do visual inspection of Dangerous Goods and Hazardous material. · Requisitioned material and office supplies as per need such as Notepads, Pens and any materials required in daily work. · Executed daily inbound/outbound logistics operation, ensuring on-time delivery to the correct locations. · Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of all systems and notifies maintenance personnel of any disruptions or repair. · Plan the freight operations using software applications and ensures timely deliveries, prior to occur any storage on incoming/outgoing shipments. · Resolved problems concerning transportation issues, dispatch application system, and trip processing. · Assist the operations such as dispatch team, prepare various reports and submit them on a daily/weekly basis. · Submit monthly invoicing and supporting documents to clients for the completed deliveries Qualifications: · Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related is usually required. · Minimum 1 year of experience in the occupation supervised is required.
