The role involves supervising daily activities, assisting with schoolwork, preparing meals, and organizing recreational and educational activities. Effective communication with parents is key to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the child. Job Duties: · Oversee the child's daily routine, including homework, meals, playtime, etc. · Provide emotional support for the child and encourage positive behavior. · Engage the child in age-appropriate educational activities, such as reading, writing, and creative projects. · Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times. · Prepare healthy meals and snacks. · Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the child. · Maintain communication with parents, providing updates on the child's daily activities, behaviors, and emotional well-being. · Monitor the child's health and promptly inform parents of any signs of illness or discomfort. · Drop off and pick up the child from school, appointments, and other activities. Qualification: · A high school diploma is preferred. · Proven abilities/experience in childcare or a related field is required. · A criminal record check is mandatory. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Patience, responsibility, and a nurturing attitude.
