Positions Available: 1 Business Location: 4582 196 street, Langley, BC V3A 6G7 Job Location(s): Various locations throughout the Lower Mainland Job Duties: · Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems · Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems · Work efficiently to meet clients required deadlines. · Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors · Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings · Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines · Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment · Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing · Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges · Take directions from lead hands and employer Skills: · Organized, attention to detail · Positive attitude and strong work ethic. · Clear written and verbal communication skills · Reliable and punctual · Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Able to work independently and as a team member Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: · Work outdoors, indoors rain or shine · Job is physically demanding Employer: Paton Plumbing Worx Inc Please apply only in the manner specified below: BY EMAIL: patonplumbingworx@outlook.com
