The successful candidate will play a critical role in payroll processing, financial data management, and compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities Calculate and prepare payroll cheques. Prepare earnings statements, detailing gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits. Store, update, and retrieve financial data as needed. Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing systems. Prepare and reconcile period-end reports and payroll-related bank statements. Complete and submit documentation for employee benefits administration. Compile statistics and generate payroll reports. Maintain accurate payroll records, including attendance, leave, and overtime. Perform data entry and ensure payroll compliance with company policies and regulations.
