Key Responsibilities: · Oversee inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts, and coordinate regular stock replenishments to meet customer demand. · Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal · Enforce safety protocols, ensure the warehouse complies with industry regulations, and maintain a clean, secure environment for all staff. · Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of vaping products, ensuring timely processing and accurate inventory tracking. · Improve warehouse processes and implement efficient storage solutions to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Qualifications: · At least high school diploma or post-secondary diploma in business or related field is preferred. · Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in retail industry. · Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams, with the ability to motivate and oversee staff to ensure efficient operations. · Strong knowledge of inventory management processes, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems or retail experience. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
