Duties and Responsibilities: · Supervise and manage the activities of multiple Horticulture Specialists (team members) who work on gardens, lawns, fields, and other residential and commercial areas, · Plan and schedule the work/shift of team members, optimize their schedules to address labourneeds in different projects. · Plan and coordinate team actions to monitor growth and use of plants for landscaping orornamental uses of gardens and other types of job sites. · Manage the inventory of materials used in the field, if necessary, initiate internal purchaseorders to head office. · Train workers in their duties, company safety procedures and protocols, environmental regulations etc.
