Tristeel Construction Ltd is looking to hire experienced Steel Stud Framers on a full-time basis. The company is working on major projects in lower mainland area and urgently need experienced Steel Stud Framers to join its crew. Positions: 2 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The job duties of the position are as follows: · Measure, cut and shape metal framing and trim to size, using cutting tools · Read blueprints or other specifications to determine methods of installation, work procedures, or material or tool requirements · Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work, according to blueprints or drawings, using tape measures, straight edges or squares, and marking devices · Install horizontal and vertical metal studs to frames so that wallboard can be attached to interior walls · Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware · Attaching building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts · Daily clean-up of job sites · Install metal stud framing · Cut and screw together metal channels to make floor or ceiling frames, according to plans · Always maintain a safe and professional work site · Other duties as assigned Salary: $34.65 per hour (30 - 40 hours per week) Location: All over lower mainland area, BC as per contracts Interested candidates may send their resume to tristeelconstruction@outlook.com
