2104918 Ontario Corp O/A Silver Salon 2104918 Ontario Corp O/A Silver Salon has immediate opening for a Spa Supervisor (TEER 2: 62029) at our location at 8975 Chinguacousy Rd, Brampton, Ontario, L6Y 0B7 As for a Spa Supervisor (TEER 2: 62029) you will perform some or all the following duties: · Coordinate, assign and review the work of Salon workers, commissionaires, workers not elsewhere classified; · Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments; · Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit; · Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports; · Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services; · At the end of each shift, generates needed sales reports as per audit/accounting requirements; · Assist in the implementation of 12-month public relations program, calendar of events, media; · Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies; · Requisition supplies and materials; · Monitor general quality of work; · Provide feedback on staff performance to Director; · Document pertinent information in the departmental logbook and/or guest incident action forms; · May perform the same duties as workers supervised. Qualifications: · Completion of secondary school is usually required. · Completion of college courses related to the area supervised may be required. · Experience in the occupation supervised is usually required.
