Location of Work: 20112 Logan Avenue, Langley, BC, V3A4L6 Title of Position: Sales Manager (NOC 60010) Language: English Vacancies: 1 Type of Position: Permanent, full time Job Duties: · Lead the team of Branch Rental Representatives in the BC area. · Achieve rental revenue and profit objectives. · Track sales performance against plan; conduct regular sales meetings. · Initiate sales campaigns such as winter revenue programs, sales blitzes, and contests. · Manage rental rates; strive to continuously improve rate realization. · Maintain close communication with branch operations personnel; work cooperatively to ensure customer expectations are met. · Support the Credit Department in their collection efforts. · Work with Fleet Management in pursuit of equipment sales opportunities. · Report monthly on key sales activities and outcomes against plan. · Develop sales strategies for key marketing segments. Skills Required: · Strong time management, presentation and negotiation skills. · Very good problem-solving skills. · Customer oriented. · Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. · Strong communication skills · Proficiency with MS Officer Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience Required: · 3-5 years of sales experience (preferably in construction equipment rental industry or related field). Education Required: · College level diploma or university degree in business or equivalent experience.
