Best Western Williams Lake is looking for a Full-Time Hotel Manager - Night Shift (NOC 60031)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $34.62/hour. Job Description: · Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures of Best Western Williams Lake · Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions · Oversee night-time operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and any billing or pay-ment issues · Ensure that all necessary reports are completed, such as accounting or sales reports for the day · Monitor hotel systems (e.g., reservations, POS, and room management systems) to ensure eve-rything is functioning properly · Complete daily shift reports, outlining room occupancy, revenue, guest complaints, and any other significant occurrences · Prepare and reconcile financial reports for the day's operations, ensuring that all transactions are properly accounted for · Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses · Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies · Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies · Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules · Resolve customer complaints · Respond quickly and efficiently to any emergencies that arise, whether they be medical, fire, se-curity, or maintenance-related Job Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of relevant hotel industry experience · Must be willing to work graveyard shift · Language in the workplace is English Job Location: Best Western Williams Lake - 1850 Broadway Avenue S, Williams Lake, BC V2G 5G8 To Apply: To those interested please email your resume to bestwesternbritishcolumbia@gmail.com Please indicate that you are applying for Night Hotel Manager position.
