Our head office in Kingsville ON is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager. In this role you will leverage your superior interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills to build the Mastronardi Produce business with targeted new and existing customers, while exceeding budgeted sales and profitability targets. Primary Responsibilities:Penetrate accounts at multiple levels to build strong long-term relationships that will serve as the foundation for long term business growth.Drive sales at your accounts, and prospect for new business, to over deliver against monthly sales targets.Daily pricing and sales negotiations with accounts to maximize sales and margin.Develop annual promotional and account plans.Manage customer orders and logistics.Collaborate with planning/procurement in managing Mastronardi inventory. Education/Background Requirements:Post-secondary education required.At least five years of sales and produce experience required.Preferred experience in Food/Produce sector Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Demonstrated track record of sales results.Strong sales skills with a track record of customer growth and business development.Superior negation skills and a track record of profitable customer pricing.Strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to manage internal and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities.
