Hire, train, and supervise restaurant personnel while creating a positive and motivated work environment. Ensure adherence to company policies and high customer service standards. Provide outstanding customer service by resolving any guest complaints or concerns promptly and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all customers. inventory, ordering, and receiving of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Ensure appropriate stock levels and accurate records to optimize costs and reduce waste. Monitor food and labor costs, implementing strategies to maximize profitability. Regularly inspect the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms for cleanliness and safety hazards. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that attract new customers and drive sales. Plan and coordinate special events, private parties, and group bookings, ensuring that all logistical aspects are efficiently managed. Ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding liquor licenses, food safety, and employee welfare.
