Our client, a livestock nutrition manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and driven Poultry Technical & Business Manager to lead and support their team in achieving annual sales goals for their poultry product portfolio. This role involves developing and managing a team of Sales Representatives and Nutritionists and working with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and maximize revenue growth. The Poultry Technical & Business Manager will report directly to the National Head of Sales and Marketing. This position is located in Southwestern Ontario. RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a critical member of the leadership team, collaborating with senior managementChampion a cohesive sales approach across departments, promoting teamwork to optimize market reach and customer engagementDevelop and implement strategic slaes plans to achieve revenue and profitability targetsAnalyze sales and product performance metrics, make adjustments to maximize revenue and efficiencyLead the sales team with a focus on poultry-specific technical training and coachingDevelop annual budgets and KPIs aligned with business goals and conduct engaging team meetings to communicate strategyOrganize educational sessions and production meetings to empower livestock producers with the latest industry knowledge and insightsManage credit risk and oversee collections DESIRED PROFILE:MSc/ PhD in Animal Science/ Nutrition/ Bioscience or equivalent experienceHighly driven and personally accountableEnergized by teamwork and building relationshipsProblem solving skillsPassion and knowledge of the poultry industryStrong analytical skills with a desire to continually learnProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interested in this Opportunity?
