Job Description: - Position: Pilates Instructor - Employer: CHRIS KIM HEALTH GROUP INC. dba Inspine Therapy - Work Location: 2404 St Johns St, Port Moody, BC V3H 2B1 - Business Address: Same as above - Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time - Wage: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour (to be negotiated) - Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week - Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation. - Language: English - Vacancy: 1 Job Duties: - Plan a Pilates program based on posture and functional ability. - Demonstrate exercises and provide body postural assessment. - Promote the benefits of Pilates and overall health benefits exercises. - Conduct group and private Pilates sessions, tailoring workouts to meet the goals of clients. - Monitor client's progress, provide ongoing feedback and keep logs. - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition. Job Requirements: - Education: Completion of high school is required. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Pilates instructing.
