From spring to fall, tillage to harvest, we have you covered. The successful candidates will have duties that include taking calls from customers and working with them to supply them with the correct parts and information quickly and efficiently. Communication skills are key for the role as success with our customers depends on them. This candidate must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner and bring in new business. This candidate must be able to work well with others and also needs to have the critical thinking/problem solving skills to be able to function independently in a fast paced work environment. Required Skills and Duties;Impeccable customer serviceUnderstand and listen to the customers' needsLocate parts using a computer systemInvoice and payment processingEnsure an adequate supply of parts.
