Formulate policies and set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity Contribute to corporate strategy in the areas of customer service, marketing and sales to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives. Direct and oversee managers, supervisors and operations staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard. Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary Work closely with sales and marketing staff to lead the team with integrity and coordinate budgets and resources allocation Act as the company's main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position.
