Spice 8 Sri Lankan Fusion Cuisine is looking for One (1) Restaurant Cook/First Cook (Sri Lankan Cuisine) to perform the following duties: · Prepare and cook authentic Sinhalese cuisine · Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers · Oversee kitchen operations · Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment · Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers. · Perform duties common to position and other duties as may be assigned. · Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards - ensure that all food items for the restaurant are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards. · Report any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
