- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and support staff in the salon. - Establish work schedules, assign duties, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. - Ensure quality control of services delivered and that staff follow proper hygiene and safety procedures. - Order supplies, tools, and products as needed and maintain inventory levels. - Train new employees in procedures, salon policies, and customer service standards. - Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner. - Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on staff performance, customer satisfaction, and supply use. - Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations. - Able to perform manicure and pedicure services - Sanitize and maintain tools and workstations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. - Stay updated with current nail trends, techniques, and products.
