· Prepare and irrigate soil for mushroom cultivation. · Seed, fertilize, thin, and harvest mushroom crops according to quality standards. · Pick mushrooms in a careful and efficient manner. · Sort, weigh, and package mushrooms on the farm for sale or processing. · Load, unload, and move crates, supplies, and farm products as required. · Clean and sanitize racks, trays, bins, and the growing/packing areas to maintain hygiene. · Assist with the maintenance of farm equipment and tools. · Keep records or reports on harvest progress.
