Wawa Northern Lights Motel & Chalets is looking for 1 Motel Managing Supervisor at 1014, ON-17, Wawa, Ontario, P0S 1K0. Salary is 22 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week. Job Description: · Collect payment and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses · Coordinate, assign and review the work of motel · Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units · Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports · Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies · Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service · Requisition supplies and materials · Evaluate motel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules. · May perform the same duties as workers supervised. Qualifications: · Completion of secondary school is required. · 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience is required or completion of college courses related to supervision is required. · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain strong attention to detail, and prioritize time efficiently.
