Initial Salon Ltd. is seeking two Master Hairstylists to join their team. Permanent Full-time, (40 hours per week) with shifts scheduled between 10:00AM to 9:00PM. $37.00 per hour or 50ommission, whichever is higher, plus tips. Duties: - Recommend hairstyles and haircuts based on clients' face shapes and tastes; - Regular hairstyling (Shampoo, cut, style, colour, blow-dry, etc.) as well as hairstyling for special occasions such as weddings; - Apply hair colouring techniques-ombre, highlights, and balayage; - Apply hair and scalp treatment, analyze hair and scalp condition, and provide care advice; - Maintenance of workstations and equipment.
