This position is taking charge of organizing and managing events from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and meet client expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Meeting with potential clients to promote and discuss event services. - Conducting research about industry trends to maintain competitiveness - Researching on clients' services and products, engaging with clients to plan events format and content, set budgets, and oversee progress. - Coordinating event peripheral services including accommodation, transportation, facilities, catering, signage, displays, translation, special needs, audio-visual equipment, printing, and security. - Managing participant registration, preparing programs and promotional materials, and publicizing events. - Planning participant entertainment and social activities. - Recruiting, training, and supervising event support staff. - Ensuring compliance with any legal requirements. - Negotiating service contracts with suppliers and vendors, maintaining financial records, reviewing final billings, and preparing event reports.
