Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a growing manufacturer in West Lincolnshire to recruit a Management Accountant. Your new role Working with the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for assisting with monthly management accounts and budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals& prepayments and cashflow forecasting. What you'll need to succeed You will be an AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACMA with recent and proven accounts experience working in an SME environment including month-end, management accounts, stock and costing, reporting and analysis. You will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, be organised and efficient. You will have strong Excel and systems capabilities, including ERP systems. You will be"hands on" and happy to get involved in all aspects of finance. You will be living within a commutable distance of West Lincolnshire as the role is all office-based.
