Major Responsibilities: · Set up, dismantle and troubleshoot nutraceutical and pharmaceutical production machines using hand and power tools, including encapsulation, tableting, pouching, packaging line, and blistering machines · Problem solve issues and breakdowns on a variety of machinery and systems including electrical, mechanical and HVAC · Inspect machine parts and tooling to maintain quality control standards · Inspect and examine machinery to detect discrepancies, defects and failures · Clean, lubricate and perform other routine preventative maintenance work on a variety of equipment · Communicate actions taken and solutions found to operators and management · Report equipment malfunctions · Report quality deficiencies · Offer suggestions for process improvement
