We are seeking a logistics coordinator to coordinate the workflow between different Ontario Rebars Inc. locations, prepare delivery and work schedules, and monitor the progress. Make sure that all the operations are on schedule. Main responsibilities are as follows: · Plan, organize and oversee delivery and construction work schedule · Coordinate activities between work sites · Coordinate proper procurement of materials ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of purchase orders · Consult with the site supervisor to schedule work runs in a cost and time-efficient manner · Prepare and submit reports on the progress of work done on different sites of Ontario Rebars Inc. · Participate in the constant improvement and maintenance of the quality of project schedules · Recommend performance indicators for relevant work · Participate in data analyzer to establish project performance in terms of schedule
