Our client, a leading supplier of crop protection products, crop nutrients and seeds is hiring a Location Manager for their facility in Southwestern Ontario. The Location Manager will be responsible for directing all aspects of the daily operations of the facility and managing the team while helping to create a positive customer experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide oversight and direction to all employees at the locationCoach mentor and develop staff, including new employee onboardingDirect all aspects and the daily operations of the facilityManage overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the locationResponsible for growing the volume of crop inputs business with existing customers and proactively seeking out new business opportunitiesDirect and assist the sales, admin and operations team in achieving goalsResponsible for ensuring that health and safety goals are being achieved DESIRED PROFILE:10+ years of agriculture industry experience, preferable in the crop sectorStrong familiarity with the agricultural and agribusiness sectors and industriesExperience managing a teamExperience managing a budget Interested in this Opportunity?
