Job Duties: · Managing plants, grass, and flowers on property; water lawns and plants; pest control and trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves. · Conducting general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways and fixing fountains. · Applying fertilizer to help enhance growth of grass and shrubs. · Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth. · Operate various pieces of machinery, such as excavators, tractors, and trenches. · Remove waste, debris, and snow from the grounds. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks; Physically demanding; Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
