Job Description
Job Duties
Employee Life Cycle
Preparation of employment contracts and all other necessary documents, papers and certificates when required. (Germany)
Support Onboarding of new partners
Regular touch-points with individual contributors - Coffee Chats
Address and solve inquiries from partners including leaders if required
Support creation of Job descriptions with leaders
Performance Management – provide support during the entire process and by drafting PIP’s
Support paperwork for leave process when required
Support Employee Investigations – Individual Contributors (Canada)
Support paperwork for Termination/Resignation/Retirement process including accompanying and conducting the exit interviews together with the specialist department. Analyze data and review with leaders, where appropriate.
Compliance
Attend regulatory and internal audits, representing Holman HR
Conduct regular audits of Workday
Ensure all HR files are updated and compliant
Liaison with Compliance on policies
Act as the Quality Champion for HR, ensuring all documents are compliant with Quality guidelines
Benefits / Wellness / Safety
Facilitate or support regular employee well-being events and programs/programmes in conjunction with the wider HR team
Act as a Wellness Champion & Company First Aider
Responsible for occupational safety, including cooperation with the external service provider, leading the official occupational safety committee and the regular meetings. Preparing the regular training documents. (Germany)
Health and Safety accident reporting (Canada)
General
Liaison with US COE’s
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Department
Undertake additional project work and other duties, as required
Act as Workday champion/expert
Workday reporting follow ups
Provide administrative support and scheduling as required
Prepare and present documents for the works council (Germany)
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Relevant Work Experience:
2-4 years’ experience
Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
