The person should have some high school diploma along with relevant minimum 1-2 years of work experience and passion to succeed in the foodservice industry. The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position: · Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) · Assign sales workers to duties · Hire and train or arrange for training of staff · Authorize payments by cheque · Order merchandise · Sell merchandise · Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters · Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages · Organize and maintain inventory · Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers · Manage cash We pay competitive wages $20.00 - $27.00 /Hour.
