· Oversees the daily food service in all areas of the kitchen and dining room · Hire and supervise Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food · Handle shift schedules, assign them tasks, and monitor staff performance on a daily basis · Monitoring revenues, Control inventory, and modifying procedures and prices · Regularly inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. · Follow all food safety regulations of the restaurants · Ensuring that customers are served quality food in a timely manner. · Order restaurant supplies, maintain a reasonable inventory, and monitor finances to determine compliance with assigned budgets · Communicate positively and enthusiastically to the customers and address their issues promptly
