Dining options include 4 permanent restaurants and full banquet facilities. Job Duties: · Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who serve food and beverage products at Deerhurst resort in both banquet operations and outlets · Participate in new staff orientation, providing initial on-the-job training with ongoing follow up to ensure service standards are met · Attend monthly F& B management meetings including daily operational meetings and pre conference meeting if required · Assist managers with administrative duties regarding budget, payroll, food and beverage cost of goods reports, forecasting and purchase orders. · Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments · Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality · Requisition materials and supplies, maintain records of stock · Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy · Prepare production and other reports.
