Job Title: Food Service Supervisor Work Location: 68-70 gerrard St W, Toronto ON Canada M5G 1J5 Wage: $18.00 per hour; 35 hours per week Number of positions: 4 Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: · Supervises team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed · Provides ongoing, specific direction to team members · Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants · Maintain adequate level of inventory and minimize stock wastage. · Provide training to new employees · Responds to guest service complaints in a timely manner and resolve them · Perform same duties as workers supervised. · Must be available to work for any shifts (morning, afternoon, evening and night) including weekends and holidays · Assists the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during their shift · Ensures health and safety policies are followed during the shift including documentation and reporting of any work related injuries or accidents · Encourages an exciting and fun work environment while motivating team members to meet goals · Leads by example and demonstrates the importance of treating every team member and guest with respect · Works in compliance with the occupational health and safety legislation · Complies with and enforces all Tim Hortons operating standards
