Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in foil fencing for students of all skill levels. · Conduct individual and group lessons to enhance the fencing skills of students. · Observe and assess the progress of students and provide feedback and guidance to help them improve their technique. · Ensure that all equipment used in fencing is safe and properly maintained. · Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all students during fencing lessons. · Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, and communicate regularly with head coach, parents, or guardians. · Encourage and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. · Assist, participate, and coordinate special events, such as competitions, recreational activities, seminars, camps etc. · Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest fencing techniques and teaching methods.
