Requirements · Completion of secondary school. · A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development. · Early Childhood Educator Assistant certification (or willingness to obtain). · Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. · Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage with children in a positive and nurturing manner. · Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is an asset.
