Our client, a producer-focused, food and agribusiness corporate and investment bank, is searching for a Director- Relationship Management, in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba. This position involves being at the farm table, talking to producers, and coaching/developing Relationship Managers. RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, motivate and proactively manage an effective and engaged team of Relationship Managers in relation to business development and salesManage succession and the career development of employeesProactively engage in the identification, selection and hiring of Relationship Managers and Associates, in collaboration with leadershipBe a relevant sector knowledge expert within the agricultural industry, supporting the team with this expertise and informing other stakeholder with knowledge and expertiseBe accountable for business growth and profitability of the teamOwn the commercial performance of the Relationship Management team DESIRED PROFILE:Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of ag related financial servicesPassion for agriculture and solid understanding of the producer experiencePrevious leadership experience, must have led a sales team and be willing to travel regionally and globally, more than 50%Located in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba Interested in this Opportunity?
