Vacation: 4% of the gross salary Hours of Work: 35.00 Hours a week Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities · Write, modify, integrate CRM Application with downstream and upstream applications. · Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and provide recommended solutions. · Develop and implement policies, procedures for electronic data processing, IT infrastructure, computer systems development and IT operations. · Installation and Server Maintenance of Siebel CRM Applications. · Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software. · Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements. · Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications. · Implementing security policies to protect unauthorized access to databases and other critical applications.
