Responsibilities: · Cook and prepare a diverse range of dishes, including special meals as requested · Supervise and guide kitchen helpers to maintain a smooth kitchen operation · Manage kitchen operations, including maintaining inventory and ordering supplies · Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized · Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and monitor food costs · Hire and train new kitchen staff to uphold our high standards · Prepare authentic Indian dishes · Operate and maintain a tandoor oven · Ability to cook various breads, vegetarian and non vegetarian items in the tandoor
