Candidates will be required to receive and analyze bid invitations, Prepare detailed cost estimates, Coordinate pricing and quotations, Create and review bid proposals, Manage project changes and change orders, Monitor costs and project progress, Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, Consult and coordinating with stakeholders, Support the project management team and Specialize in exterior cladding systems .
