London Fuel Services Inc. is looking for One (1) Cluster Manager (Gas Stations) to perform duties, including the following: · Supervise daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency and high performance. · Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control to ensure profitability and revenue optimization. · Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, address concerns, and enhance satisfaction. · Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth across locations. · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all locations. · Oversee inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination. · Provide regular performance reports to senior management, focusing on KPIs and operational efficiency. · Contribute to long-term strategic planning to align with business goals and adapt to market trends. · Manage, recruit, train, and evaluate staff and site supervisors to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency. · Address operational and staff-related issues promptly and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
