ABOUT VACANCY At this time, we are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The ideal candidate would be a driven professional with excellent understanding of business development processes who enjoys developing new prospects and building long-term business relationships. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Work alongside the senior management to establish and direct strategical and tactical initiatives to meet the company's objectives · Develop programs, plans and tools to support increasing business revenue · Build a network of business contacts and leverage that network to identify, pursue and secure new opportunities essential to the company's growth · Provide the senior management with up-to-date market trends and ongoing analysis of the current business environment · Develop, implement and optimize marketing and advertising campaigns to market the company's services · Identify and develop new opportunities for business growth and improvement · Prepare business development and other related reports on a regular basis QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field · Previous experience in business development with proven track record of business development success is a strong asset · Fluent English · Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to work collaboratively, as part of the team, with internal and external stakeholders WORK CONDITIONS - Permanent, full-time position - $46.20 per hour - 35 hours of work per week - Overtime pay ($69.30/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week - Work location: 301 Flint Road, Unit 3, North York, Ontario, M3J 2J2 To apply, please send your resume by email to dreamstarbedding@proton.me.
