Specific Skills: Prepare and supervise workers preparing dough and batter for bread, rolls, cakes. Perform icing and frosting on wedding and birthday cakes as per customer needs. Coordinate the activities of baking area. Coordinate store orders for production, shipping, receiving, pricing. Supervise and monitor the performance of staff. Assign work and maintain schedule for workers. Resolve customer complaints, collect feedback, and communicate to management . Coordinate arrangements for receiving and shipping store items. Assemble financial information for budgeting purposes. Ensure inventory of store is adequate. Generate inventory reports. Ensure proper operation of bakery equipment's. Resolve issues, if any and strengthen client relationships.
