678 Auto Automobile Repair Shop Manager Number of Positions Available: 1 Term of Employment: Permanent Position, Full-Time, 30 hours per week Location of Work: Toronto, Ontario Wage: $43.50 per Hour Language Requirements: English, Vietnamese (an asset) Responsibilities ● Manage the day-to-day operations of the auto repair shop to make sure everything runs smoothly. ● Supervise technicians and other staff, assign tasks, and help them when needed. ● Make sure repairs and services are done properly and meet customer expectations. ● Keep track of tools, parts, and supplies, and order more when needed. ● Make sure the shop is safe and clean, and that everyone follows safety rules. ● Train staff on how to use tools and equipment correctly. ● Talk to customers, answer their questions, and solve any problems they may have. ● Create plans to attract more customers and improve the shop's services. ● Keep an eye on spending, approve purchases, and manage the shop's budget. ● Hire new staff when needed and help current employees grow in their roles. ● Check the shop's equipment regularly to make sure everything is working safely.
