Job Responsibilities: Assemblers & Fabricators: · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders. · Assemble and fabricate electrical motors, transformers, coils, and other components using hand tools and machinery. · Connect wiring and solder electrical parts according to specifications. · Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and fit of parts during assembly. · Operate automated and manual equipment such as presses, winding machines, and testing devices. · Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools. Inspectors & Testers: · Conduct visual and functional inspections of assembled products. · Use testing equipment to measure electrical performance, resistance, and insulation quality. · Identify defects, report issues, and recommend necessary adjustments. · Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. · Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality control tests.
